A replacement will be issued only if the product is:

  • Damaged upon arrival

To be eligible for a replacement:

  1. You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

  2. Send us photos and videos of the damaged outfit on the same day of delivery.

  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
